Street poster specialist Revolution360 today announced two promotions to its senior leadership.

Sean McCaull, the head of sales NSW, is now general manager of business operations and Josh Fitzgerald has been promoted to national sales director from head of sales in Victoria.

McCaull's new role is a newly created position designed to expand national operations and implement growth strategies, with focus on increasing pathways to market for the agency's proprietary data tool 360Intelligence.

“Moving into an operational role in the business is an exciting opportunity and challenge. Revolution360 is continually moving from strength to strength, forever finding ways to innovate in the market and change perceptions not only of us as a business, but also the formats we have a strong belief in,” says McCaull.

Fitzgerald will oversee sales and business development from the national team, with the view to aggressively grow the sales team over the next six months by 40%, as well as further broadening the agency’s current OOH portfolio.

“After two years working closely with our Melbourne client partners, I'm excited to expand my remit nationally and educate a broader market on the unique data capabilities of 360Intelligence, help brands understand and reach their target audiences as well as scale-up our Street Poster network,” says Fitzgerald.

The media provider is part of Independent Australian-owned and operated media company VMG.

Group CEO Michael Fishwick says both promotions are reflective of the trajectory of the business, and the commitment and successes that both team members had demonstrated over the past 12 months.

“Sean has been with the business six years and understands the inner workings of the business so is aptly placed to help evolve us into our next phase. Josh's experience in the OOH space is exactly what we need for the progression of the street poster medium,” says Fishwick.
